Day 1 (April 12): Ho Chi Minh arrival – private coach pick up at airport -take you back the hotel

Day 2 (April 13): Ho Chi Minh – Private Long Tan trip – Journey to the hallowed grounds of Long Tan and  pay tribute to the brave souls who made the ultimate sacrifice in defence of freedom. Meet our expert commentator

Gary McKay – Gary John McKay MC is a writer and former Australian Army officer. He was awarded the Military Cross while serving with the 4th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment during the Vietnam War. He later served as Commanding Officer of 8th/9th Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment between 1988 and 1990 and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Gary is Australia’s most prolific writer on the Viet Nam War with over 13 titles on the war to his credit. He is also on several committees for the Department of Veterans Affairs on Education projects and in his home town is on the sister city committee with Hoi An and Kiama.
